Thanks for your information.

I notice that the certificate has been changed back.  I would like to check several things on your ADFS server.

1. Windows event viewer logs , Event viewer -> Application and service logs -> ADFS 2.0 -> admin  . I need all “error”, “warning” , “critical ” errors.

2. Use Powershell to connect Office365 service and run “Update-MsolFederatedDomain –DomainName <your_domain_name>”

3. I also need a test account to see the detailed error on RCA site.
