I have a customer who can log into a shared site I've created, but says she can't access the files in the document library - she is told she doesn't have permission to access the document.
She suspects it's because her organization also has SharePoint, which has her logged in under a different password (username). I suspect she's right, as I had similar headaches while trying to create a dummy-external user to test the shared site.
Is there a way for this customer to be able to log into my site and access files without conflicts from her organizational instance of SP? I apologize, but I don't know at this point if it's an on-premises or online instance.
Guidance appreciated.
