I am just finishing a Live@Edu to Office365 upgrade. Please keep that in mind that I do not have on prem Exchange, or AD objects with Exchange attributes.
I installed a default installation of DirSync (without Password Sync) , and was able to
1. Make a new test user in AD
2. Watch the test user Sync to Azure (scope is limited to 1 OU)
3. Watch the test user be licensed (automated powershell)
4. Log into OWA through SSO to users mailbox.
I however have 80K objects. So, I uninstalled all DirSync software, and replaced with DirSync /FullSQL -- and configured accordingly
Now my situation is as follows.
1. Make a new test user in AD
2. Watch the test user Sync to Azure (scope is limited to 1 OU)
3. Watch the test user be licensed (automated powershell)
4. NO mailbox is created. The Office365 Account is there, but there is no mailbox being generated.
What is the difference?
