Re: DirSync Enterprise Change - now users don't get mailboxes

Hi Kyle,

To troubleshoot the issue, I’d like to confirm the following information with you:
Do all the accounts you create in the new DirSync/FullSQL occur the same issue?
I also suggest you check whether all the attributes include “msExch” from the following link are empty in the local AD:
