RE: SkyDrive not working

Hi FHAY,

I have read through this thread and I understand the user account cannot use SkyDrive Pro. Actually, a user profile is synced form the local to the Office 365 portal first, and then it is synchronized from the portal to SharePoint Online user profile. As it is now in Profiles missing from import, there might be a problem in the profile synchronization. Based on this situation, I’d like to confirm the following points.

1. As it only happens to one user, may I know whether other users are also synced from the local environment? Do these users have any differences, such as their attributes?
2. If you check this user from the portal, are his attributes normal, such as display name?
3. After you deleted the profile from the Manage User Profiles page and it was re-synced to SharePoint user profiles, was it still in the Profiles missing from import?
4. In the Profiles missing from import page, are you able to see the profile’s menu as below?
If yes, are you able to access Edit My Profile, Manage Personal Site or Manage site collection owners?
5. If you are able to edit the profile, can you compare its attributes with other normal user profiles’? The issue could be caused by some attributes not being successfully synced.
