Based on the description, you can refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether the DC shows in the output is working properly in the local environment.
2. If a firewall, such as a proxy server, is between the new DirSync server and that DC, please bypass all of the flows between them temporarily to see if the issue persists.
3. If you have tried the steps above and the issue persists, please restart the DirSync server to see if it works if possible.
