Hi Ryan,

This is Neo Zhu from Office365 support.  I’m glad to work with you on this case.

Before going on , I want to confirm the situation with you.   You use Office365 service and want to sync all your local users to Office 365 via dirsync. The problem is there are three users can’t be synced with the error message “ the attribute [AccountEnabled], is not valid.”.   Actually, the users are already synced . But some attributes can’t be replaced.

In this case , we need to narrow down the problem from local AD , dirsync tools or Office365 side.  If this is the case, I suggest you check the error of  Windows Event viewer - > Windows Logs -> Application -> “FIMsynchronizationService” and “Dirsync Synchronization” .  Also,  I recommend using the latest version of dirsync for syncing the users.

Best Regards,

Neo Zhu
