Synched users cannot login, login page looped

Hi All,

 

I am trying to deploy O365, specifically Outlook. I've ran the Directory Sync tool and all the relevant users have appeared in my accounts users, I have also licenced and activated them for Exchange. I have also synched their passwords with O365 as unfortunately we do not have the resources on site to run an AD FS server alongside AD.

 

When the users try to login, they are just looped back to the login page, with no error message. I have tried resynching the users but to no avail, the same symptom occurs.

 

I have tried this with multiple test user accounts and they all suffer the same problem.

 

I did originally have SSO set up as a trial (along with AD FS), however I used the powershell admin module to convert it back to a simple non federated domain.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
