ADFS & DirSync -- Mobile logins failing

Hello, I have set up an Office 365 account  three federated domains. I have a hybrid setup in my environment, and e-mail is flowing fine between an Exchange 2003 server, the 2010 hybrid server, and the cloud. I have moved three test accounts to the cloud, one for each federated domain. For purposes of this issue, I'll start with just the primary domain.

 

I have been unable to use the primary account for my main federated domain via either the Office 365 Android app, or by setting the account up manually on my Android phone. I ran the Remote Connectivity Analyzer's Office 365 Single Sign-On Test, and passed every section but the last one. Here is the error:

...the username or password is bad, or I have not assigned the right UPN. I have check all three of these options thoroughly, and I am using the right values for each. I am uncertain how to proceed from this point. I am able to log into O365 with this test account successfully via ADFS. When I try step 2 in this article:

... and I log on from a server joined to the domain and on-premise under this test account, I can log into the dirsync'ed object of the account I am currently logged on to locally. Not sure how to troubleshoot from here, please provide assistance.
