For the deleted mailbox, we can restore the mailbox from Office 365 admin center within 30 days after deleting it.

For the contents in SharePoint Online, by default items in the Recycle Bin are deleted automatically after 90 days. Meanwhile, I’d like to share this article with you: Manage the Recycle Bin of a SharePoint site collection
