Hi ,
We have a hybrid setup in our company
By mistake i have deleted an AD account with mailbox
Since we use Identity mgmt system to create AD accounts and mailboxes, it created a new AD account for the same login ID with new mailbox and all the smtp address as old
Now since there are no mails in the new mailbox, we need to recover the account and mailbox
I tried to restore the mailbox and gave a new login ID but it is still in the cloud only
Any ideas/commands on how to proceed from here?
