Based on your description, you have two forests on-premise environment. And you want to integrate both organizations with a single Office 365 tenant, deploy single sign-on (SSO), DirSync and Hybrid.

I am afraid we cannot meet this requirement currently. It is not feasible to integrate the two organizations with Office 365, and DirSync are also not available in this environment.

Currently, if your organization implements multiple forests for logon or resource segmentation, Exchange hybrid deployment is also not supported. You can refer to the following link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh852414.aspx
