I work in a service department providing technical print services to clients. Most of our customers use the LDAP feature when searching for email addresses on their MFDs.
As more and more people are moving to Office 365 I wanted to get a better understanding of how MFDs can keep utilising the LDAP functionality.
Does Office 365 provide an LDAP service for MFDs to tap in to? If so, is there any documentation detailing the config process?
If there is no LDAP service, how would one go about configuring the MFDs to query email addresses if customers are using Office 365?
