Windows Azure AD and relevant services

dear all,

want to know feasibility and Plan of Action(PoA) for the following:

1. Setup an on-premise read only Active Directory Server synced to Azure AD in cloud (for local SSO user authentication)
2. Deploy Office 365 Single Sign-On using Windows Azure in cloud.
3. Setup on-premise file server and sync with Windows Azure Storage (with folder redirection for end users using group policies)

this is urgent ..
