If possible, please re-run the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer test and click Expand All option, copy all the test details and provide the information for further troubleshooting. To protect customer's sensitive information, you can provide it via private message (PM).
I have sent you a PM. Here are the steps to check the private message:
1. Please go to "Your details" section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
Additionally, if you have deployed SSO, you can login to Office 365 with a user account as a test, and provide the error message you receive if it fails.
