Since the user “help” doesn’t encounter any issues when he uses the Office 365, it is difficult for us to reproduce the issue.
Given the current situation, I suggest you post a thread on the Active Directory forum for helps. This is the dedicated forum to help customers troubleshoot DirySync related issue. Your understanding is appreciated.
