I need to configure Directory Synchronization in company. We have 4 AD forests with full trust, one without Exchange, one with Exchange 2003, one with 2007 and one with Exchange 2010.
I have to synchronize objects from all forests. I plan to use FIM 2010 R2 and AADConnector.
Anybody have some step-by-step guide? I found some articles, but none of them describes all the steps to do, from installing FIM, to make first synchronization.
In this moment, i have:
- FIM 2010 R2 (+ SQL, + Visual Studio).
- installed AADConnector (Windows Azure Active Directory Connector)
- configured AAD connector, and connectors to my forest (I used agent templates from SourceMA folder)

But it's not work at all. Can somebody help me with this?
