Dirsync not renaming distribution groups

Good Morning

I am attempting to rename distribution groups in Office365.  These groups are in an OU in my local Active Directory.  I have renamed the groups in AD as well as the email address.   Only the email address has changed but neither the name in Office365 nor Alias have changed.   Is there any other rename or change that needs to be performed for Dirsync to rename the group.
