About 4-5 months ago, we started using DirSync. We chose to use DirSync since (1) it was now possible to use DirSync even if DirSync server goes down, our email does not go down also and (2) having synchronized passwords makes it earier for the users. We used the SMTP matching feature of DirSync to get synchronization up and running. About 9-10 months ago, prior to DirSync, we enabled Office 365 VoiceMail with a AudioCodes Mediant 1000 SBC/Gateway, so all of our voicemail for our desk phones, go to the cloud and we receive emails that contain our voicemails mails, edit our voicemails on Portal or by calling in, etc. Oddly enough, only recently was is it noticed that since we enabled DirSync 4-5 months ago, we cannot edit or add additional telephone extensions either in Portal Online or know where to edit it on our local onPrem AD. Everything is working well, just as it was prior to DirSync with the voicemail, but as of now, we cannot change any values for our telephone extensions. Does anyone have any insight as to how to resolve this?
