Hi Jopi,

Thanks for providing the logs.

I noticed that some of the error messages are related to SQL service, did you install the DirSync service on a SQL server? if not, please refer to the standard installation steps provided inhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj151800.aspx to install the DirSync tool.

Based on the error message, I suggest you try the following steps:

  1. If the DC has child domains included, make sure the enterprise Admin user running the DirSync tool is also in the built-in administrators groups on  the child domains. After that, try running the tool again.
  2. Make sure the sync account exists in the “Users” container of the Forest Root Domain after the DirSync tool is installed.
  3. Add the admin account as a FIM administrator in the Control Panel, then Open "C:\Program Files\ Windows Azure Active Directory Sync\SYNCBUS\Synchronization Service\UIShell\miisclient.exe", go to the "Management Agents" tab, check if the “TargetWebService” is running. If not, right click on "TargetWebService", select Run and select Full Confirming Import and then click ok. After that, navigate to %programfiles%\Windows Azure Active Directory Sync, double-click DirSyncConfigShell.psc1 to open a Windows PowerShell window with the cmdlets loaded, then type Start-OnlineCoexistenceSync, and then press ENTER to force a sync.
