Re: Dir sync not syncing two accounts

Hi Young,

Sorry for only coming back to you now, I was unfortunately very busy the last couple of days.

1.1 Both users exist’s for more than 3years. Dir sync is new though (the setup was done approximately 3 months ago)

1.2 Incorrect

2.1 That is correct, both domains is used but a single user will only have one UPN suffix

2.2 I spoke to the infrastructure admins and they confirmed when creating an AD to never use the same alias for a user but we do allocated more than one email address to some of the users (eg. eugenem@contoso.com and the same user will have different email addresses assigned to him –

SMTP:EUGENEM@contoso.com (primary)

Smtp:EUGENEM@pepstores.com

Sip:......)

2.3 No they haven’t

2.4 I did have a look at the MOSDAL support Toolkit but not extensively
