Have you tried to clear the browser cookies and cache to check it? You can also change another browser to log into your Office 365 account.
If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot about "keep getting presented with Captcha options at the login portal", and we will take further troubleshooting steps.

Save your screenshot on your computer, Use rich formatting when you post, Click the insert image button on your right side.
