Can you please let us know where did you encounter the issue, when you installing the tool or when you running the configuration wizard or syncing the users to Office 365?
Also, are there any detailed error logs about the issue? I have sent you a private message to request the information for privacy. Please copy the error logs or screenshots and providing them to me via the message. Please try the following steps to access the message and provide the information requested in the private message:
• Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
• Click Private messages.
• Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
• You can reply by using the form that displayed.
• Click Submit Reply.
