Re: Dirsync password sync is not working.

Hi Cloud Geek,

Thank you for your prompt response. I have received the tenant information via PM.

I have done some further research on this issue. At this point, could you perform the following tests?

1. Make sure the Active Directory forest is Windows Server 2003 forest functional mode or higher.
2. Use Windows Internal Database (WID) instead of SQL as the DirSync database, and then check if the issue persists.
3. Do a total clean-up installation:
o   Uninstall dirsync and reboot the computer.
o   Remove all instances of SQL , delete all directories related to SQL and DirSync.
o   Remove all the user & group accounts which are created by DirSync.
4. If the clean-up installation still doesn’t work, set “full sync” instead of  “increment sync” every 3 hours.

Please let me know the test results.
