I understand you found the UserPrincipalName was "usr7@domain3.com" after running "Get-Mailbox -Identity usr1@domain.com | fl". Given this situation, please connect to Windows Azure AD after installing Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell, and then run "Get-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName usr7@domain3.com | fl". After getting the DisplayName of "usr7@domain3.com", please check to see if you can find the Display name in users and groups in Office 365 Portal.
