I have the following setup:
2x ADFS Proxy Server (located in Azure) - Windows 2012R2
1x DC with ADFS installed (located in Azure) - primary server - Windows 2012R2
1x DC with ADFS installed (located on premise) - secondary server - Windows 2012R2
SSO is working fine.
But users complain that sometimes (not Always) Office 365 services such as OneDrive aren't availalbe when they are out of the office. Inside the office there are no issues according to the users.
I've examined the ADFS servers and found no issues errors on the DC's.
On the Proxy servers I see the following errors showing regularly.
ERROR | EventID 111
The Federation Service encountered an error while processing the WS-Trust request.

I have been unable to find anything on this issue on the internet.
Anyone with any ideas on how to get rid of these errors?
