Yes - we received notifation to upgrade Office 365 & Office products & we are in the progress of doing so (encounter few issues).
We are using Exchange Online & there is no on-premises Exchange server.
Office products upgrade
1. Is it possible to deploy the latest version of Office using the Office Deployment Tool instead of streaming it from Office 365 for each workstation?
2. During the Office upgrade, will the previous version of Office (2010) uninstalled automatically?
Office 365 upgrade
1. After Office 365 upgraded, seem like Outlook need to download the whole mailbox again. Instead of download the complete mailbox again is there a workaround (there are quite a few huge mailbox)?
2. Seem like Lync did not connect after the upgrade, we need to manually configure internal & external server fields. Shouldn't this be autodiscovered?
and, where can i find information about which version of Office 365 is running? & what are the different between them?
