Accidently started dirsync before I was able to setup OU filtering. I have about 8500 user that need to be removed from O365.I have setup to sync to an empty OU but when the sync service gets to Export it stops. In Operations the run prfofile EXPORT stopped limit reached. I have no idea what limit it is referencing or how a limit was set if one is.
