Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for the logs. After checking, it seems the problem still coming from the certificate. Can you give me some detailed information about how you deployed the ADFS server. Do you have a ADFS proxy server? If not, do you open the port 443 and 80 of ADFS server to the public ?
