We migrated a client to Office365 from OnPrem Exchange about 6 months ago. Now, we'd like to enable DirSync between the OnPrem SBS Boxes Active Directory, and Office365. I've read through the procedure, and feel comfortable everything should be fine, but I'm wondering what the state of passwords will be afterwards.
I know the OnPrem AD will become the primary, so does that mean its passwords will replace the Office365 login? Also, is anyone aware of complications in doing this with SBS, or should that not play a role? Thanks!
