It's now 9 months later and we just started having this problem. We have Windows Phone 8, a Microsoft Account, and Office 365 account. Both the 365 and MA use the same username with different passwords. Office 365 is working fine and we are able to add the MA accounts to our phones just fine as well. The problem comes in when we try to log into outlook.com using the MA account. A blank page appears after logging in with an error in the URL. WP8 relies on the MA account as it's used for back-up, etc. This is unacceptable. I guess our only choice would be to create new MA accounts using a different email address. That would be time consuming and require us to wipe out all our phones.
