Currently, we can't configure a notification via email or sms when Dirsync successfully finishes each time.
However, it is really a good and considerate suggestion.
So, I suggest you submit feedback to our product team about your suggestion. Our feedback analysis specialists will evaluate the advice you provided. So far, many features are improved based on customers’ feedback. This will help our product to be designed better. Thanks for your effort and contribution.
Moreover, you can use the Synchronization Service Manager to check whether the Dirsync successfully finishes or not.
You can locate it by browsing to the following location on the DirSync server:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Online Directory Sync\SYNCBUS\Synchronization Service\UIShell\
