That's not what I meant.

Sorry if I was not clear.

I would like to keep the Lync contact list for the users who already have the cloud credentials, so that they don't need to add everyone again.

I wonder if there is a way for the DirSync to match the AD user e-mail address with the Sign-in credentials (which is the same information) and understand that it is the same user.

I don't mind if the Dirsync overwrites the personal information, but it would be really nice if I could keep the Lync contact list.
