We use DirSync to sync our Active Directory to Office 365, we have un-federated a few accounts and set the password expires value to never and to not force password change every 90 days yet it keeps happening. I found this link, can you confirm section below is indicating as long as these accounts are in Active Directory and syncing to Office 365? Are there any recommendations? one thought is to remove the accounts from Active Directory but that means management of these accounts fall on my Messaging team and not our provisioning teams.
