I'd like to collect the following information to narrow down this issue:
1. Does the distribution group named comma sync from on-premise server?
2. If the distribution group synced from on-premises, do you sync it by using DirSync tool?

If the distribution group synced from on-premise, you need to manage it from on-premises server. Given this situation, please check to see if the display name of this distribution group is comma by using ADSI Edit from on-premises server.
