Re: Office365 not syncing passwords with AD

Hi Giedrius,

I would like to confirm if all user’s passwords cannot be synced from AD. Moreover, Check if these impacted accounts have temporary passwords in AD. We can run a test. Create a new user account userA@domain.com and set password never expire and uncheck user must change password at next logon in AD. After doing that, run Dirsync and check to see if the user can logon to Office 365 portal with the password set up in AD. If the issue persists, I would like you to check the file version of DirSync. Please locate file "C:\Program Files\Windows Azure Active Directory Sync\Microsoft.Online.DirSync.Scheduler.exe", right click it and then select properties, then click Details tab, check the File version is 1.0.6411.7
