Hi Ev,

Do you mean you have one of the user on the client’s network can not login to the Office 365?
To help us find the root cause of the issue, we want to collect the following information:
1.Have you deployed SSO in the organization?
2.For the Audit Failure, can you post the whole content of it here for us to search?
 To make sure that the ADFS service is working properly, please do a Single Sign-On test with the affected user credential in https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/. If the test fails, please provide all of the logs.
