RE: SkyDrive not working

hi,

again i deleted the SharePoint profile for the problematic user, and then i removed the licenses and removed the whole account from O365

when the sync happened, the user was again synced properly to O365, so i added SharePoint license, and SharePoint profile was created , and this time i found it in "active profiles" not in "profile missing import"

so i clicked on manage site collection owner, in the drop down menu of user profile, user was already  added as the Primary Site Collection Administrator AND Site Collection Administrator. so i added myself as site collection administrator

after that, i clicked on "Personal Site". went to "Site Settings". under Users and Permission, i clicked "Site permissions".

i noticed that the user didn't have permission, so i granted him full control permission.

but still not working, i removed the license and add it again, still not working

its happening with only one user, i didn't fine any difference between this user and other users.

the display name is normal in the portal, but when i click on SkyDrive it become little weird (you can see it in the screen shot i posted on   8/27/2013) but its the case for all users.

not its in active profile not in profiles missing from import

i compared profile with another users, i found some difference, but i made them the same, on thing i couldn't make it same, which is the "Distinguished Name" in the problematic user it was empty while for other users its not, but i didn't know what to make it...
