2. Glad to hear that. Do you mind that all users change the photos in OWA?
3. Sorry for not explaining this clearly. In the previous post, you said:
“but they're not when checking it myself. I've just checked Lync, Outlook 2013 and OWA, there are no photos.”
I think you also have one user account of this Office 365 organization. Therefore, I confirm if your photo is synced to Office 365.
Now you mention “I'm in a different organization”, do you mean you don’t have an account of this Office 365 organization? If so, we can just ignore this point.
