the URL is loaded successfully browsing the sts.abc.sa (federation service name), but when I change the sts to second server Host name, it doesn't work while the same URL with first server Host name is working fine.

so its clear now if I am running the command from the First ADFS server, no need to Set-MsolADFSContext –Computer FQDN-ADFS_Server.
