RE: User doesn't have an exchange mailbox

Hi Customer,

To understand the issue more clearly, can you please provide the following information?

  1. When you said “hybrid deployment”, do you mean that you have deployed hybrid between the on-premises Exchange server and Exchange Online?
  2. What’s the Office 365 subscription you’re using for these students?
  3. Where did the user encounter the specific issue, when log into the Office 365 portal or perform some other tasks?
  4. Do you have other on-premises environments deployed like DirSync/ADFS/SSO?
  5. Since you mentioned “Exchange server”, can the on-premises Exchange users access their mailboxes without issue?

Also, please capture a screenshot the detailed error message and post it here.
