Setup a hybrid deployment with email being handled onsite by our exchange server and Office 365 integrated with AD for students to access O365 applications on their laptops. Was working great for almost 2 months, left for break and came back to students stating they cannot login to their account. Checked one of them today and found a message stating "This user doesn't have an Exchange mailbox". We have not changed anything since this was all setup months ago. The only addition was we requested staff licenses for our account in December and have not set those up yet. However, our student accounts should not stop working due to adding staff licenses. What is going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
